About

Galit Haviv-Thomas

My name is Galit Haviv-Thomas. I am a fully qualified (MSc), UKCP registered family therapist, psychotherapist and counsellor, practising since 2002. I have worked in a wide variety of NHS, voluntary and private settings, with clients whose problems range from basic existential issues to highly complex needs.

I am a Director and Principle Consultant of the London Family Therapy Partnership. As a therapist, my aim is to help my clients gain a better understanding of their own experience; to make sense of the patterns that can prevent lives from moving on, and to empower people to make the positive changes that feel right to them.

I am also a qualified clinical supervisor. As discipline lead for Family Therapy within the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL), I provide supervision to a group of Family Therapists across London (Meanwhile Family Therapy Service). I also offer private supervision to other psychotherapists.
